Lazzell Family Chiropractic utilizes the Jane website for scheduling. You will need to create an account or login with Twitter, Facebook or Google. Jane does not track your other accounts. It provides other sign in options to allow for one less sign in and password to remember.
NOTE: You are only able to book adjustments on the app. You will have to call or text the office to book a New Patient Appointment or Re-Examination Appointment. This feature is for existing patients only.
To get started click the "Make an Appointment" to the right. Then select your treatment, "Adjustment." The calendar should show you time slots available. You may switch to different weeks by clicking on the calendar icon at the top or the "Next 7 Days" button. Select your desired time. You may add notes to your adjustment, but it is not required.
